Judi and I have progressed from a private collection to a Museum and now onwards to a Travelling Sewing Machine Museum, we also do repairs and services from home and on the road as well. It's all a matter of keeping a eye on where we will be appearing next and contacting us about your sewing machine needs.
We have been collectors since 2008. Our research and contacts are up there with the best. As much as we do love a joke we do take our interest very, very seriously. Any information we pass on will be the best we can research, and hopefully very accurate. There are thousands of sewing machine
manufacturers and models in the world. Not all we are familiar with but we will do our best to research any enquiry we receive.
We do not hold ourselves to antique and vintage machines, there are many modern and retro machines that we find very attractive. In fact some of the 1950s Japanese made colored machines are top of our list.
With our travelling displays we can vary from antique to toy to industrial and historical displays or a mix and match of all the before mentioned. Just give us a call and we will discuss your requirements and how best we can have smiles all round.
We have been presenting the sewing machine for many years now and we know how to achieve that WOW factor for just about every situation. The men also love our displays too. We provide demonstrations and allow customers to operate some machines. It's not only about looking, it's also experiencing these fantastic mechanical pieces of perfection.
We also share our advice on the history of these machines - many stories of very, very interesting tales with a twist in many stories.

You tell me you didn't take a second look when these beautiful bright machines first caught your eyes!
We call these Eye Candy, we have quite a few very bright 'in your face' colored machines which most marvel at.
At the moment we have capacity to transport about 70 machines (including about 30 odd toy machines) and can do a display in a ten metre by ten metre area.
This display is a one of its kind in Australia and is from one of the largest sewing machine collections in the southern hemisphere. When we had our Sewing Machine Museum we had over 400 machines on display and were proudly touted as the largest privately owned collection open to the public in the southern hemisphere.
We are very proud of our collection and we would love to discuss how we could make your event even more special with the
Sew What 'WOW' Factor.
In 2013/14 and 2015 we have presented our machines at the Ballarat Show, Back to Steiglitz Festival, Colac Heritage Festival, Bealiba 'Through the Lens', several Antique shows in Ballarat, Geelong and Avoca. There are bookings at the Lost Trades Fair, Kyabram Town Hall and return bookings for most of the events we have already displayed at. We also have done craft and CWA displays throughout the district and have Ballarat Apron Festival on the horizon as well.
